At Denali National Park, Alaska.
I am a PhD candidate in Philosophy at the University of Missouri.
My current research mainly focuses on the interpretation of evolution by natural selection, including its scientific, epistemic, and normative implications. I'm also interested in the explanatory power of simulation models and AI.

I enjoy guiding students to explore the world of philosophy and have been teaching several introductory philosophy courses in various settings.
I am a student ambassador of the Sino-Australian Philosophy of Life Sciences Network.

During the 2025-26 academic year, I am a visiting student at the Minnesota Center for Philosophy of Science.

Besides philosophy, I also enjoy traveling and photography. Most of the photos on this website were taken by me.
